Section 3 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
  EMERGENCY OVERVIEW
Extremely flammable.
Potential Health Effects
Eye:
May cause eye irritation.
Skin:
May cause frostbite. May lead to the formation of blisters.
Ingestion:
May cause irritation of the digestive tract.
Inhalation:
Inhalation of high concentrations may cause central nervous system effects characterized by nausea, headache, dizziness, unconsciousness and coma. May cause cardiac sensitization and possible failure. May cause nausea, dizziness, and headache.
Chronic:
Chronic inhalation may cause effects similar to those of acute inhalation.



Section 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES
  Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.
Skin:
Get medical aid. Flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.
Ingestion:
If victim is conscious and alert, give 2-4 cupfuls of milk or water.
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid.
Inhalation:
Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical aid.

Section 5 - FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
  General Information:
As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear. Vapors can travel to a source of ignition and flash back. Flammable Gas. Can form explosive mixtures at or above the flashpoint. Vapors may be heavier than air. They can spread along the ground and collect in low or confined areas. Will be easily ignited by heat, sparks or flame. Containers may explode when heated.
Will form explosive mixtures with air.
Extinguishing Media:
For large fires, use water spray or fog. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water until well after fire is out. For small fires, use dry chemical or carbon dioxide. Do not extinguish a leaking gas fire unless leak can be stopped.



Section 6 - ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
  General Information: Use proper personal protective equipment as indicated in Section 8.
Spills/Leaks:
Remove all sources of ignition. Isolate area and deny entry. Use water spray to reduce vapors, do not put water directly on leak, spill area or inside container. Prevent spreading of vapors through sewers, ventilation systems and confined areas. Stop leak only if you can do so without risk.

  Handling:
Wash thoroughly after handling. Use with adequate ventilation.
Ground and bond containers when transferring material. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Empty containers retain product residue, (liquid and/or vapor), and can be dangerous. Keep container tightly closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Prevent build up of vapors to explosive concentration. Do not pressurize, cut, weld, braze, solder, drill, grind, or expose empty containers to heat, sparks or open flames.
Storage:
Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame. Keep away from sources of ignition. Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances.
